Job description

We are seeking a highly capable Team Leader to support the effective delivery of the Discretionary Assistance Fund (DAF) service. The post holder will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Advisors ensuring service standards compliance requirements and performance targets are consistently achieved. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations monitoring productivity and quality providing coaching and feedback and handling complex or escalated cases. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills sound judgement in decision-making and a commitment to fostering a positive professional team culture while contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.
