A regional care provider in Chesterfield is looking for a passionate Team Leader to join their team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated care team to provide exceptional service to older people and those with learning difficulties. The ideal candidate should have experience in care, be willing to work towards Level 3 qualifications, and possess strong leadership skills. This position offers a salary of £19,096.07 per annum for 24 hours of work per week.

Team Leader

Based: Split hours between Amberley Nursing Home, Calow, Chesterfield and Fisher Close,Grangewood, Chesterfield

Hours: 24 hours per week

Salary: £19,096.07 per annum

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join our teams in Calow, Chesterfield.

As a Team Leader you will be working in collaboration with the Registered Managers, Staff Nurses and Home Support Workers within the nursing care setting. You will be responsible for professionally leading the care and support team during any span of duty, ensuring the provision of a safe, effective and efficient care and support service to older people and people with learning difficulties / disabilities is maintained, which respects their rights and choices and meets their individual needs, inline with CQC Regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
