Ten90 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Team Leader to work for our clients based in the Waltham Forest area.

We are seeking candidates who can provide person centred support to vulnerable people.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and Motivating: Inspiring the team to perform at their best and foster a positive work environment.
  • Setting Goals and Objectives: Clearly defining team goals and breaking them down into actionable steps.
  • Delegating Tasks: Assigning responsibilities based on individual skills and strengths to optimise performance.
  • Training and Development: Providing guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback.
  • Communication: Facilitating open communication within the team and with management.
  • Problem‑Solving: Addressing challenges and conflicts within the team and finding effective solutions.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that work is completed to the required standards and deadlines are met.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the team adheres to company policies and procedures.
