Job summary

A leading care organization is looking for a Team Leader to join their teams in Chesterfield. This role involves leading the care team, ensuring quality service delivery to older people and individuals with disabilities. Qualifications

Team Leader

Based: Split hours between Amberley Nursing Home, Calow, Chesterfield and Fisher Close,Grangewood, Chesterfield

Hours: 24 hours per week

Salary: £19,096.07 per annum

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join our teams in Calow, Chesterfield.

As a Team Leader you will be working in collaboration with the Registered Managers, Staff Nurses and Home Support Workers within the nursing care setting. You will be responsible for professionally leading the care and support team during any span of duty, ensuring the provision of a safe, effective and efficient care and support service to older people and people with learning difficulties / disabilities is maintained, which respects their rights and choices and meets their individual needs, inline with CQC Regulations and organisational policies and procedures.

Do you have?

  • Have or be willing to work towards a Level 3 in care.
