A local government council in Warwick seeks an experienced Team Lead for its Cleaning Services. In this role, you'll manage a team, ensure cleanliness, and oversee scheduling and training. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Cleaning Services (Central). In this role, you will manage and lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our Central Warwick buildings. You will be responsible for scheduling and rostering staff, quality checks, and supporting staff development to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
You’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards and creating a positive environment for staff and visitors.
