Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Cleaning Services (Central). In this role, you will manage and lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our Central Warwick buildings. You will be responsible for scheduling and rostering staff, quality checks, and supporting staff development to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the cleaning team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Organise work schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Monitor standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Liaise with Facilities Management and other departments to meet operational needs.
About You
  • Previous experience in cleaning services and team leadership is essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in cleaning operations.
