A local health service provider in Leicester is seeking a Team Lead to oversee community mental health services for a year. You will provide professional leadership, manage care quality, and ensure effective service delivery, aiming to improve the quality of life for individuals with severe mental illness. Ideal candidates should have extensive nursing experience and management skills, along with a passion for community healthcare.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team lead to cover maternity leave for 12 months as a Band 7 Team Lead. This role is within Community Mental Health services as we are developing our neighbourhood teams to test new ways of providing mental health interventions for adults with severe mental illness and complex needs.
As part of the neighbourhood team development, services are exploring options to deliver services over 7 days. The Team Lead will manage and take overall responsibility for care quality, performance and clinical activity for the community team within Mental Health for Older People (MHSOP). This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a wealth of experience in nursing and management who wants to help make a significant change in the community to improve quality of life and reduce unplanned hospital admissions.
