A leading healthcare service provider in Canterbury is seeking a Team Lead to manage and mentor a team, ensuring operational excellence. In the role of Team Lead, you'll manage and mentor the team, ensuring robust staffing levels and seamless office operations. You'll oversee training, support goal-setting, and collaborate with the Service Manager to meet team targets and address feedback. Your strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will drive our success in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is a plus, but your leadership and customer service excellence are what truly matter.
Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
The role is based in the centre of Canterbury, Kent (Please note there is no onsite parking). We operate a 7 days a week service with the core working week for this role Monday-Friday, hours are 09:00-17:00 (30 minute break) with 4 days in office /1 day WfH (37.5h contract). Candidates will also be asked to work approx. 1 weekend day every 4 weeks, to provide "on call" management support to the weekend teams.
