A local educational institution in Weymouth is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistant. A vacancy has arisen for us to recruit an enthusiastic, caring and adaptable teaching assistant. We are dedicated to supporting the development of our children's emotional wellbeing, their speech and language and their social skills – we want to make sure every child in our care exceeds every expectation. There will be a requirement within this role to work with children on a 1:1 basis.
Radipole is a wonderful and truly exciting place to work. As well as excellently resourced classrooms and facilities such as library, ICT suite and swimming pool, we have a huge nature reserve on site, which the children use every week. The muddy wellies outside every classroom tell the story of what we are aiming to achieve for our children's health and wellbeing.

Pay Grade Dorset Grade 5, Point 5‑6 FTE (£25,583 to £25,989). Actual Pro Rata Pay (£11,640 to £11,825) – Hourly rate of £13.26 to £13.47. The vacancy is a term time position, working 20 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm including a half‑hour lunch duty). Radipole Primary School would like to appoint a teaching assistant to join our friendly and talented team on a fixed term basis, working predominantly within KS2.
