We're not just opening a new school in Kidderminster; we're establishing a dedicated sanctuary for children and young people (ages 5-19) with ASC/SEMH needs. This is a rare opportunity to join us from day one and play a pivotal role in shaping a culture where every student can truly thrive.

A Deeper Calling for Your Expertise

You'll be a key part of our founding team, directly influencing the success and well-being of our students.

We\'re Looking For Seasoned Professionals With:
  • A demonstrated history of empathy, resilience, and a profound belief in the potential of every child.
  • A proactive and creative approach to complex challenges, informed by your past experiences.
  • Essential: GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/C or above).
  • Significant experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Your practical knowledge will be highly valued.
Your Career, Re imagined and Supported

This is more than just another job; it's a chance to build a legacy with purpose. We are deeply committed to investing in our staff. You'll receive comprehensive, specialist training to further hone your skills, opportunities for funded professional qualifications, and a robust benefits package that genuinely supports your well-being.
