  • You're calm, kind, and quick to adapt
  • SEND experience (autism, ADHD, SEMH) is a big bonus – but heart and patience matter most
What we offer
  • Weekly pay (PAYE only – no umbrella faff)
  • FREE online training, including behaviour strategies and Thrive (yes, Thrive!)
  • A local consultant who knows every school like the back of their hand
  • Roles that fit your life – part-time, full-time, term time, or day-to-day
  • Psst… not Thrive trained yet? We'll sort you out for free. It's a game-changer for your CV and makes a big difference in classrooms.
