Supply Work (With Long-Term Potential)

Milk Education is working with a welcoming primary school in NW10 to recruit a Classroom Teaching Assistant to support pupils across all year groups on a supply basis, with the possibility of progressing into a long-term, full-time position for the right candidate.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who's happy supporting the class teacher, working 1:1 with pupils on EHCPs, and delivering targeted interventions within small groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with EHCPs
  • Lead or assist small group interventions
  • Support behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
  • Follow EHCP targets and individual support plans
Requirements
  • Experience working in a UK primary school
  • Experience supporting children with SEND and EHCPs
  • Calm, reliable, and proactive (you don't flap under pressure)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
