As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our pupils develop academically, emotionally, and socially - often in ways they never thought possible. This is a role for someone who thrives in a varied environment, is passionate about inclusive education, and is ready to support young people as they grow in confidence and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one and group support to pupils with additional and complex needs, helping them stay engaged and feel safe and valued.
  • Preparing and delivering engaging learning activities, in partnership with teaching staff, to support pupils' academic progress and curiosity.
  • Supporting emotional, social, and physical development with patience and care, encouraging resilience and positive behaviour.
  • Taking part in a mix of classroom-based and outdoor learning experiences - from structured lessons to creative and practical sessions.
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a consistent and nurturing environment that enables every pupil to thrive.

About Outcomes First Group and the School
