Role: Teaching Assistant

Rate of pay: £425 – £475 P/W

Location: Quinton, B32

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and help create a positive, engaging learning environment. In this role, you will support the classroom teacher by preparing materials, setting up resources, and assisting with daily lessons and activities. You will provide one-to-one or small-group support to students who need extra guidance, monitor progress and behavior, and share observations to help tailor learning plans. Additional responsibilities include helping with grading, maintaining records, and supervising students during breaks or extracurricular activities. Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning are essential; previous experience in education is also required.
