Teaching Assistant – Special School – Solihull

A welcoming special school in Solihull is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team, working with children who have a range of special educational needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

As a Teaching Assistant in this setting, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide both 1-2-1 and small group support. Pupils have a range of needs including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex needs, and you will play a key role in helping them access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop important social and life skills. Responsibilities
