Nursery Assistant - Cambridge & Surrounding Areas 🌟

Location: Cambridge, UK & surrounding areas

Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: Competitive - dependent on experience

Start Date: Immediate / Flexible

Are you passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development? We are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants to work in friendly and welcoming nursery settings across Cambridge and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for caring, enthusiastic individuals looking to begin or develop a career in early years education. Previous nursery or childcare experience is preferred but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children with play, learning, and daily routines
  • Assisting with planned activities that promote early development
  • Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
  • Working closely with nursery staff as part of a supportive team
About You
  • A genuine interest in working with young children

  • Willingness to learn and follow nursery procedures
  • Previous childcare or nursery experience is preferred but not essential
