Overview

Monarch Education, part of affinity workforce, are currently working closely with a two form entry, inner city primary school who are looking for a full time Year 5 Teacher to start as soon as possible. This school embraces families from diverse backgrounds, creating a vibrant community, thriving on shared values and mutual respect.

This is a full time role, full responsibility role and will be until the end of the academic year. The school is ideally located near to the City Centre with great transport links. The school are looking for a bubbly, child centred individual who is always willing to go the extra mile for all children in their care, who strive to provide high-quality learning, which enables each child to realise their full potential to meet targets.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality learning and provide support to all children to help them realise their full potential and meet targets.
  • Support the school in maintaining a positive, child-centred environment where every pupil is supported to thrive.
  • Contribute to a collaborative teaching team and be flexible in adapting to different school environments.
Qualifications
  • Hold a recognised teacher qualification, QTS or Equivalent
  • Have excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  • Have proven record of having experience of outstanding classroom practice
  • Be flexible and can be able to adapt quickly in different school environments
  • Be passionate about securing the best outcomes, inspiring and supporting all children
  • Be a team player, demonstrating humility, be supports to all colleagues and can communicate readily and easily
  • Possess a positive energy and enthusiasm for learning as well as a 'can-do' attitude to all aspects of the role and asks of the school
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organismal skills
  • Able to control behaviour management
