  • Lead and motivate a client-focused team, ensuring excellent service and compliance
  • Identify upselling opportunities and actively grow revenue from existing clients
  • Build strong client relationships, pitching additional services in a consultative way
  • Track and report on team KPIs, focusing on client satisfaction and commercial results
  • Provide coaching to team members on combining technical tax knowledge with business development
  • Ensure all Self-Assessment and compliance processes are accurate and timely
  • Analyse client portfolios to spot trends, opportunities, and revenue potential
