Overview

Yeo Valley isn’t just about good food – it’s about people. We’re looking for an Interim Talent Attraction Manager to join us on a 6 month contract basis to lead our recruitment strategy through an exciting period of transition. You’ll bring energy, expertise and leadership to ensure our recruitment engine keeps running smoothly while we shape the future of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Leading recruitment delivery for circa 600 annual hires from operational to senior roles.
  • Embedding robust recruitment governance to ensure compliance, consistency, and best practice.
  • Taking shared accountability for PSL and budget management, driving cost-effective supplier use.
  • Overhauling onboarding journey to improve candidate experience and data integrity.
  • Designing and delivering hiring manager training covering compliance, interview calibration, unconscious bias and best practice recruitment behaviours.
  • Managing and coaching two Talent Attraction Advisors to deliver on workforce plans.
  • Acting as the go-to expert on sourcing, selection, and employer brand.

  • Juggle high-volume recruitment while keeping your cool.
  • Influence stakeholders and coach hiring managers.
  • Deliver training and build recruitment capability across the business.
  • Make data-driven decisions and lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Be hands-on in sourcing, market mapping, and senior recruitment when needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Solid experience managing high-volume recruitment in-house or agency side.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of recruitment methods (active and passive attraction).
  • Experience training, coaching, and influencing managers.
  • Strong ATS experience (ideally with system configuration knowledge).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid grasp of employment law surrounding recruitment.

Bonus points for CIPD Level 3 or CertRP, but not essential.
