A leading dairy company in the UK seeks an Interim Talent Attraction Manager to lead their recruitment strategy during a transitional phase. The successful candidate will manage high-volume recruitment and improve onboarding processes while coaching two Talent Attraction Advisors. Ideal for someone with solid experience in recruitment and strong organizational skills. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and various employee benefits.

You’ll bring energy, expertise and leadership to ensure our recruitment engine keeps running smoothly while we shape the future of the team.

Bonus points for CIPD Level 3 or CertRP, but not essential.
