Overview

Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a leading financial services company to recruit an experienced Recruiter to join their specialist Financial Advice Recruitment Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the financial advice market and enjoys working closely with adviser firms to support their long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own portfolio of vacancies, delivering a full end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with practices across the UK to attract high-quality Financial and Mortgage Advisers.
  • Take detailed briefs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and facilitate onboarding, ensuring a first‑class recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards and proactive search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines, engage in talent pooling and make speculative approaches to ensure firms have access to the best available talent.
  • Identify recruitment‑related business development opportunities and advise firms on effective assessment and selection methods.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience recruiting Financial / Mortgage Advisors (or similar), ideally within a financial advice network or closely aligned environment.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding service and building long‑term relationships.
