A leading talent acquisition firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance its growing team. The role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, managing talent attraction campaigns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a degree in Business or Human Resources. This position offers an annual salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 and a commitment to staff development, ideally suited for those near North England.
We are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to grow with our business. Ideally you will have graduated with a degree in Business, Human Resources, finance related subject or IT background.
The chosen candidate will develop to be able to find skilled individuals, conduct screening, communicate with clients, assist with the onboarding process, and support active job requests across international borders.

This role is a remote role, home based ideally, we are looking to recruit someone who currently lives in the North of England close, Newcastle, Leeds & Manchester to interact with the rest of the team when required. We are committed to developing our staff, so would entertain who want to progress with the drive to succeed.
You will receive an annual salary of £ 26,000 to £ 30,000 depending on experience, you will also benefit from a comprehensive training package to allow the successful candidate to develop.
