A community health organization in Batley seeks a SystmOne Support Officer to assist colleagues with SystmOne usage. A great opportunity has arisen within our SystmOne Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join Locala’s small SystmOne Development Team of IT professionals on a permanent full-time basis.
This role will be primarily supporting a range of colleagues in their use of SystmOne to release time to care, support staff to manage increased demand through refining SystmOne processes, and improve the quality of patient records. This is a hands on role with the expectation that the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of SystmOne, SystmOne processes, development and the deployment of SystmOne in clinical areas.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly and assist in many of Locala’s SystmOne functions. This will include supporting deployment of SystmOne Projects, independently working directly with colleagues to improve data quality and governance, reduce inefficient processes and supporting the general administration of SystmOne in Locala.
