A leading technology consultancy is looking for a Systems Analyst to support their major cloud migration programme. This role involves developing business processes, collaborating with business users, and validating system requirements. Job Profile

Our client is part way through a major cloud migration programme, with Phase 1 scheduled to go live in May 2026. They are seeking a Systems Analyst to join the delivery team and play a hands‑on role supporting system design, validation, and business engagement.

The ideal candidate will have IFS experience, ideally within Field Service or Service Management, though candidates with strong experience across other IFS modules (e.g. Sales, Projects, Document Management) and the ability to pick up Field Service will also be considered. This is a task‑driven, delivery‑focused role, suited to someone proactive and comfortable working closely with business users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain To-Be business processes, functional requirements, data integrations, and non-functional requirements
• Work closely with business users, suppliers, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine requirements
• Support systems validation, System Acceptance Testing (SAT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Arrange and facilitate workshops, prototyping sessions, and playback sessions with business users
• Develop and maintain plans to address incidents and service requests
• Contribute to the evolution of training materials as the solution matures
• Provide weekly updates and reporting to the wider programme team
• Support a highly task‑based delivery environment and actively contribute to project momentum

Skills

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst within ERP or enterprise system environments
• IFS experience essential (Field Service / Service Management highly desirable but not mandatory)
• Experience across IFS modules such as Sales, Projects, Document Management, or similar
• Strong experience supporting testing phases (SAT / UAT)
• Confident running workshops, prototyping, and stakeholder playback sessions
• Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving programme environment
