Our Equity Finance business in London is dedicated to driving business growth and increasing profitability. As part of this successful and highly supportive team, you will help grow our synthetic prime brokerage offering across European and US markets.

What role will you play?

You will focus on trading equity swaps, developing our execution and inventory platforms, providing pricing to clients, and managing risk. You will work closely with a team covering the full suite of Equity Finance products. You will need to think strategically to grow the business and ensure effective risk and control management.

What you offer

• 10+ years of experience trading equity swaps for prime finance
• A proven track record of delivering results for buy-side customers through inventory optimization solutions and technology
• The ability to originate and structure solutions for internal and external clients
• Deep relationships with buy-side clients covering their single stock equity swap needs
• Strong risk management skills to handle all aspects of swap trading, including compliance with relevant market rules and regulations
• Technical skills in coding and/or an engineering mindset are advantageous
