What you’ll do :

Sustainability Business Coordination

• Coordinate sustainability‑related activities across global teams and ensure alignment with group strategy.
• Monitor ESG risks across the credit portfolio and support risk management frameworks.
• Analyse and report on sustainability data and performance metrics for senior management.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of sustainability systems, policies, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote sustainable finance and impact initiatives.

Business Development & Incubation

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in sustainability‑linked sectors.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends and competitive opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and networks.
• Act as a liaison between local and global teams to drive coordination and results.

Operational & Cross‑Functional Support

• Ensure compliance with all relevant ESG and regulatory requirements.
• Support departmental initiatives and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years’ experience in the financial sector (syndication, distribution, or corporate banking preferred).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with commercial acumen.
