A leading support services organization in Darlington is seeking a full-time Support Worker to assist young people aged 16 - 17 in their journey to independence. Responsibilities include providing supervision and developing essential life skills. Applicants should have experience working with young people and possess a valid driving licence. Full-time, including evenings, weekends, sleeping nights and bank holidays.
As a National Employer of the Year winner, ROC Solid are looking for full-time Support Workers to join our service, delivering support services to our young people aged 16 – 17.
As a Support Worker, you will provide additional supervision and support to help young people into independence and help them on their journey to acquire essential life skills i.e., understanding benefits, budgeting, cooking, tenancy management and accessing education or training. Our young people are supported in their own self-contained apartments at a single Ofsted registered location.
Pay Rate: £27,133.60
Sleep in allowance at £50 per night
