A prominent NHS community services provider in England is seeking a Support Worker for the Motor Neurone Specialist Practitioner service. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Motor Neurone Specialist Practitioner service as a support worker to contribute to the provision of a comprehensive clinical service to clients referred with Motor Neurone Disease in the community.
The post holder will be required to implement supervised clinical tasks as directed by the Specialist Practitioner in a range of community settings as well as carry out administrative tasks to support patient care, clinical governance and clinical processes. You will be required to work closely with clients and their families so communication and compassion are important requirements for this role.
The post holder will be required to comply with the standards and priorities set by the Specialist Practitioner for Motor Neurone Disease.
