The Role

Support Worker- Supported Living- £12.60 Per Hour + Benefits- Warrington, Cheshire

Are you someone who can build trust, show patience and bring a sense of calm to challenging situations? Do you enjoy helping others build confidence, independence and a place they can truly call home? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As a Support Worker – Supported Living, you will support adults aged 18+ living with mental health diagnoses and other health conditions to live as independently as possible. You will be based at The Academy in Warrington, a service made up of 22 self‑contained flats.

This role is about more than tasks. It is about building strong, respectful relationships and helping people feel safe, valued and in control of their own lives. Shifts run between 8am and 10pm, including a mix of early, late and alternate weekend working. Hours are typically 37 per week, worked over 3–4 days.

The Benefits
