At Dimensions, we’re proud to support people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs to live the life they choose. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll make sure three wonderful ladies feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the night.

Each of the ladies have their own personality, interests, and routines. One is very independent and simply needs someone nearby while she showers, as she can experience seizures due to epilepsy. Another loves going to shows and the cinema, and requires support with personal care and medication. The third has more complex health needs and needs 2:1 support with eating, walking, and all aspects of her health. She follows a SALT plan to ensure safe eating and drinking.

Two of the ladies require full support with personal care, including the use of a shower chair. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team working together to provide reassurance, tailored care, and a calm, safe environment.

Why join Dimensions?

At Dimensions, we’re values‑led. We believe in integrity, respect, ambition, courage, and partnership. You’ll be joining a team that puts people at the heart of everything we do. We’ll support you with training, development, and a workplace culture where your care and commitment truly matter.
