We are recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to join a residential service in Barry, providing overnight support to young people aged 11 to 18 in a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overnight supervision and emotional support to young people
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of residents throughout the night
  • Promote a calm, safe, and positive environment
  • Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and safeguarding concerns
  • Complete accurate record keeping and handovers for day staff
  • Support young people with routines, independence, and confidence building
