Female Support Worker – Linlithgow

ASA Recruitment is a leading supplier of health support workers across the public and private sector, we are urgently recruiting for experienced Support Worker to work on temporary assignments in assisted living accommodation and in the community in the Linlithgow area.

Candidates will be required to undertake all duties involved in the care of people with learning disabilities, including personal care, assisting service users with mobility and working as part of a team to ensure service users enjoy a high quality of care. In addition we will offer additional training which will allow you to work with medication. A positive and caring attitude and commitment to supporting residents is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and general safety.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and organising to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Foster supportive, meaningful relationships with clients through empathetic listening and social engagement.
• Provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.
• Accurately maintain client records, care logs, and incident reports.
• Collaborate effectively with the care team, providing regular updates on clients’ health and well‑being.

What We’re Looking For
