Qualifications

• Training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and safety procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical support to individuals, respecting their individual needs.
• Assist with personal care, cleaning, shopping, and accessing community activities.
• Administer medication and update support plans using IT.
• Work collaboratively within a team and report to the Senior Support Worker.
