You’ll need…
  • Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
  • Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
  • Commitment to providing quality care and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
  • A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
  • Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
