ABOUT THE SERVICE

Support 3 gentlemen with learning disabilities live their best life in a supported living setting.

There is a lot of outdoor activity and community support.

Communication and a sense of humour is needed for this role.

Expected to complete at least 1 sleep in per week, more if annual leave and sickness is needed to be covered.

SHIFT PATTERN

• 9am-9pm
• 9am-11pm Sleep 7am-10am
• 3pm-11pm Sleep 7am-10am
• 3pm-11pm Sleep 7am-12noon
• 3pm-9pm
• 2pm-11pm Sleep 7am-10am
• 9am-3pm
• 9am-5pm

The service is 365 days covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
