Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team in Birstall. This is a fantastic opportunity to work full‑time in a rewarding role where you’ll be supporting an individual with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in promoting independence, building confidence, and helping to create positive, meaningful experiences in the individual’s daily life. From supporting personal care and daily routines to getting involved in community activities, no two days will be the same.

What We’re Looking For
  • Energetic, lively, and caring
  • Confident in working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviour
  • A driver with a full UK driving licence (as you will be required to drive the individual’s vehicle)
  • Committed to making a meaningful difference to the life of the person you support
