Your Role

  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to help students with their learning and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with experienced teachers to deliver tailored educational and personal care plans.
  • Assist in creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every student feels safe and understood.
  • Help facilitate learning and social interaction, celebrating every small victory with your students.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children with complex needs and is a great team player. While experience is a plus, your commitment and character are what matter most.

  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • You have a genuine desire to make a difference in students lives.
  • You have experience, whether personal or work-related, supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEN). This could include family care, volunteering, or prior work in a similar setting.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (for both children and adults) is required for this role.
  • A full driving license is highly recommended due to the school's location.
