We’re looking for a kind, patient and enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery/Support worker Practitioner to join our dedicated team. You’ll help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and shine in their own way.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting children in play and learning through the EYFS
  • Helping with personal care and daily routines
  • Encouraging communication, independence and confidence
  • Working closely with families and our amazing team
What we’re looking for:
  • ✨ It is desirable you hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • ✨ A caring nature and a genuine passion for supporting young children
  • ✨ An understanding of — or interest in — working with children with additional needs
