Qualifications

  • Provide Infrastructure implementation support across the Group.
  • Assist in resolving support requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet continuous service delivery demands for both offices and remote users.

Job description

I have an immediate need for a Support Analyst to work for my client in Central Stockport (within 5 mins walk of the train station).

Role Snapshot:

Working for a fast-growing dynamic company which is constantly exploiting new opportunities that require enthusiastic, passionate and capable people to support them in this growth.

IT is the central point of contact for all Technical related incidents and service requests. IT is a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides services over the phone, through e‑mail, phone, in person (for walk-up customers) and self-service.

A great chance to build skills and work with new technologies working with the IT Manager to improve efficiencies and performance across the group structure.

Responsibilities:
  • The role of the IT Support Technician is to provide Infrastructure implementation support, working across the Group. The IT Support Technician will also be assisting in resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands in both offices and remote users.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required

  • Knowledge of networking principles and able to troubleshoot network/user connectivity issues.
