Salary: £160-£180 per day (depending on experience)

Location: Secondary Schools across Hereford

Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Day-to-day cover

Aspire People are looking for experienced Qualified Teachers (QTS) to provide day-to-day or long‑term supply cover in secondary schools across Hereford. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in your specialist subject area
• Follow existing lesson plans or adapt materials as needed
• Manage student behaviour and maintain a productive classroom
• Report on student progress and any issues to the school
• Support school staff with administrative tasks as required
