Overview

Morson are working with the UK's Leading Aerospace Manufacturer who are looking for a Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join the team and to be based at the Derby site.

Supply Chain Management
  • Monitoring supplier performance.
  • Conducting load and capacity analysis.
  • Assessing rate readiness.
  • Managing supply chain intelligence.
  • Overseeing transfer of work.
  • Coordinating design change industrialisation.
Quality Management
  • Correcting non-conformities, including Events, SARI, QSR, and Concessions.
  • Implementing and managing APQP and the quality improvement plan (SQIP) to prevent issues.
Risk Management
  • Identifying and assessing risks.
  • Developing and executing mitigation plans.
  • Ensuring governance of risk management processes.
Required Skills
