A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Supervisor of Medical & Clinical Operations to oversee the daily activities of the central registration department. The role requires 2+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year in a supervisory position. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance and ensuring adequate phone coverage. Supervisor of Medical & Clinical Operations you will coordinate, supervise and be accountable for the daily activities of central registration department. You will assist the manager of patient access, as needed.
This position is full-time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime with flexibility to be on-call for weekend/evening hours.
This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be aligned with your schedule.
