Your role will involve optimizing customer experience and supervising team performance to ensure sales targets are met. You will be a passionate individual, dedicated to supervising the team to provide each customer with an exceptional level of service by identifying and satisfying their needs, thus ensuring that the store meets its sales targets, and develops customer loyalty. You will also support the management team to maximise profit whilst maintaining the brand image. You will naturally bring our PRIDE values to life, leading everyone in the team to bring their best every day and be the first port of call in the absence of higher store management.
