A leading provider of fostering services is seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Worker to foster positive relationships between families and social workers. This home-based position involves working closely with stakeholders, managing a low caseload, and participating in an on-call rota. Successful candidates will have experience with OFSTED regulations and excellent communication abilities. The role offers a salary of up to £41,200 per annum along with additional perks like supportive management, training opportunities, and discounts.

Our Supervising Social Worker's build positive relationships between FSG, the foster parent and the child's social worker. It is a key role that helps the foster parent to sustain the child in placement and ensure outcomes for children are being met within the foster family.
You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, to enable foster parents to be informed, accept, understand and operate within the regulations and national minimum standards and in accordance with Caretech Group policies and guidance.

Working full time, you will be home based with occasional meetings in the FSG Regional Office in Shortlands.
