A dynamic camp and retreat ministry is seeking a Craft Hut Supervisor to provide leadership and quality arts and crafts programs for campers. The role includes supervising staff, partnering with program leaders, and empowering volunteers. This full-time seasonal position focuses on creating significant spiritual impacts and enriching experiences for all attendees.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership and supervision to the Craft Hut staff and programs.
• Seek opportunities for significant spiritual impact and growth for staff, campers, and guests.
• Provide quality arts and crafts activities for all campers and guests.
• Partner with program staff in the leadership and supervision of campers.
• Welcome volunteers each week and empower them as members of the camp team.
• Interact with campers within CranHill’s philosophy of intentional programming.
