As a SuccessFactors Solution Analyst, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, helping to shape and support our HR systems across the business. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact thousands of employees, while developing your career in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
Day-to-day, you’ll be part of our SAP (Neptune) organisation, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver, maintain and enhance SuccessFactors functionality. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes, supporting our mission to protect communities and defend nations.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
