Job summary

A global organisation is seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to assist in a large optimisation programme. The role involves configuring various SuccessFactors modules and enhancing system performance. Candidates should have experience with Onboarding solutions and active certifications. This is a permanent position based in the UK or Europe, but sponsorship is not available.

• Significant commercial experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding.

I am working with a global organisation who are currently going through a large optimisation programme and they are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape this transformation.

They are looking for someone who:

• Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors including Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.
• Can quickly analyse and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
• Has Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).
• Is knowledgeable about integration with other SF modules and different platforms and 3rd party applications.
• Has configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience of SuccessFactors.
• Holds active certifications.

This is a permanent role, you can be based in the UK or Europe. My client aren't offering sponsorship unfortunately.
