Role : Learning Manager

Hours : 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. Term time only 10 days (40 weeks)

Salary (Actual) : 26690 to 27577

About the role

Outwood Academy Valley has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. The role supports learning through data‑driven strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment.

As a Learning Manager you will:

  • Work with students and have a genuine interest in the issues they face
  • Monitor and support all students in the year group both academically and behaviourally
  • Collaborate closely with the Inclusion Coordinator and the Leadership Team to improve student behaviour, attendance and outcomes
  • Assist students day‑to‑day to help them reach their full potential
  • Be extremely well‑organised, prioritise work, meet strict deadlines and act independently while leading by example
  • Deal with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner
