A leading educational support provider in Exeter is seeking a dedicated individual to provide 1-1 student support for young people with learning difficulties. This temporary role involves working closely with students to enhance their individual aspirations through tailored educational materials, primarily in Maths and English. The ideal candidate will have experience in education or support, and strong skills in behaviour management. Pay ranges from £100 to £110 daily, with expenses covered.
Axcis have a unique and exciting new role in Exeter with a SEND college who work with young people aged 16 – 25 years diagnosed with learning difficulties, Autism and sensory or speech impairments, as well as Social, Emotional, Mental Health. The college works in the community as well as in educational hubs in and around the city. The role is a 1-1 student support and enabler planning person-centred material to develop individual aspirations of the students. You will follow a curriculum including Math’s and English, devised by the College for you to teach and adapt in your style. You will be working 1-1 with the student in the community, safeguarding and risk assessment are an important part of the role, with managing behaviour as a desired skill to have for this role.
