A higher education provider is seeking to hire a Retention team member in Manchester for a part-time, 12-month FTC role. You will develop strong relationships with students, identify barriers to learning, and help implement solutions. The candidate should have a degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Please note: This is a 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover) which is a part time position of 20 hours per week.
ROTA: Monday - Friday from 8:00/9:00 - 17:00/18:00
