Plumpton College is a leading provider of land and environmental education in the UK, situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park. We offer a wide range of vocational and academic courses for students of all ages studying from level 1 to Masters degree and across nineteen subject areas including agriculture, animal management, veterinary sciences, horticulture, equine studies, wine, and environmental studies.

Responsibilities
  • Join the Schools and Colleges Liaison Team to promote Plumpton College and its courses.
  • Represent the College at secondary schools and colleges, visiting and building relationships in your area.
  • Attend careers events, present assemblies, run workshops, and conduct outreach activities.
  • Utilise both Plumpton College campus and the Horticultural campus at One Garden Brighton, Stanmer Park for activities.
  • Deliver sessions with prospective students and provide campus tours.
  • Work with the Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager; day-to-day supervision by the Schools & Colleges Co-ordinator.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, confident public speaking, and strong organisational skills.
  • Professional, hardworking, and a proactive team player; flexible and able to work to deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel, work evenings and weekends as many school events occur outside standard hours.
