Overview

We are looking for Officers to join our Student and Programme Support (SPS) Team at our Frenchay and Glenside Campuses. These roles are offered on a fixed term basis until October 2026. You will be joining a team that is passionate about delivering high quality, student focused support. When working on campus SPS are in our School offices alongside other professional services teams supporting the student journey through a professional administrative service to our students and academics.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the work of Administrators within the SPS team.
  • Provide advice and support to customers both internally and externally.
  • Work with the School Team Leader and officer peers to receive guidance and contribute to the team’s objectives.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the university.
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality, student-focused experience and participate in a thorough induction and ongoing development opportunities.
About you / Qualifications
  • Strong customer service ethos, enthusiasm and proactivity, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to provide advice and support to customers internally and externally.
  • Excellent teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong client focus and dedication to providing the best experience for students.
  • Adaptable, calm and professional in approach; willing to learn and develop through induction and in-house training.
  • Wide range of administrative experience and good IT skills including email and MS Office.
